This design merges a highly efficient floor plan on a tight urban site, with passive climatic design techniques that make this a perfect apartment tower for our tropical metropolis. Mashrabiyas cover the lanais of each unit, creating a dynamic facade to an otherwise minimalist design. This concrete building is a study in Tropical Brutalism.
